Training for this topic will cover the many opportunities offered by the Auxiliary for members to get involved in the Leadership process. It will cover all aspect of Leadership to include Elected as well as Appointed Staff Officers. From the Flotilla level to National level each component will be covered with guidance and
explanations on how both new and existing members can get involved. The training will also cover the concept of mentorship and how it can help and guide members traveling along the path of Leadership. This training will definitely open new doors and understandings of Leadership and how more members can become actively involved.
